1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RealEstate Nepal ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

RealEstate Nepal is a coin-based real estate marketplace operating in Nepal. Users may browse, list, and interact with property listings by purchasing and spending platform coins. We act as a marketplace intermediary and are not a party to any property transaction.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to register.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• One person may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts may be suspended.

4. Coin System

The Platform operates on a prepaid coin system:

• Coins are purchased in Nepali Rupees (NPR) via eSewa or Khalti.
• Coins have no cash value and are non-refundable once spent on platform actions.
• Unused coin balances are non-transferable between accounts.
• Coin prices and action costs are subject to change with 7 days notice.

5. Property Listings

When you submit a property listing, you confirm that:

• You are the legal owner or an authorised agent of the property.
• All information provided (price, area, features, images) is accurate and not misleading.
• Images are either owned by you or you have permission to use them.
• Listings for illegal properties, land under dispute, or properties with fraudulent intent are strictly prohibited.

All listings are reviewed by our admin team before being published. We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing without refund of coins if it violates these terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Post false, misleading, or duplicate property listings.
• Attempt to circumvent the coin system or exploit pricing errors.
• Scrape, harvest, or automatically collect data from the Platform.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose under Nepali law.
• Harass, impersonate, or harm other users.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing, the availability of any property, or the outcome of any negotiation. All property transactions are solely between buyers and sellers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Nepali law, RealEstate Nepal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including losses from property transactions initiated through the Platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
